Recognized as one of the top intermediaries in the nation, Mr. Mellman has coordinated & been involved in over $3 billion in debt and equity financing across a variety of property types, including office buildings, retail shopping centers, ground-up construction, health-care facilities, complex capital stack solutions, multifamily, and industrial properties.

Prior to forming HCM and MBP, Mr. Mellman held senior and associate positions at The Souferian Group and California Commercial Investment, where he helped acquire, manage, entitle, and develop over $500M of commercial real estate. As an active member of his community, he provides for several charities in the Los Angeles area. In his spare time, Max enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
