HCM invested as an LP and utilized its relationship with MBP to form an efficient capital stack. Total equity commitment to be $3.5mm and micro fund created with the builder to achieve better diversification.

The project is the first of 7 in a pipeline of developments with HCM’s development partner. The project is in a desirable area and centrally located in the USC neighborhood. The transaction closed in Q1 2022 and HCM has full ROFR & ROFO with the development partner.
